Here’s a list of the foods we’ve eaten since my daughter became a type 2 diabetic in 2013. This is a way of life or way of eating, not a fad diet. If the American people would learn to eat this way, we’d not have so many health issues like high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and more. Soap Box aside now, here’s the recipes and links when I can find them.
